NC-Programs

In this step the previously defined freeform surfaces are machined by the NC machine.

Depending on the material (plastics, graphite, copper, steel etc.) you may choose different milling strategies for roughing, rough-finishing and finishing, for example roughing in horizontal planes, copy milling, finishing in planes parallel to Z axis, and so on.

To translate the machining programs to NC data the well known generalized Postprocessor TesoPost will be used. This postprocessor covers all NC control formats.

The machining itself will take place in your company or in a partner company.
