5-Axis Machining

Workpieces that may not be withdrawn, as for example compressor impeller (turbo-supercharger, impeller and so on), are normally not millable with constant tool axis.

Machining these parts makes 5-axis milling machines necessary – and the programming of parts is by far more complex than for 'normal' 3D workpieces.
